Conveyancing Fees
We work on fixed fees, not the clock. You'll know what your conveyancing costs before you commit to anything, with no surprise invoices along the way.
Why fixed fees
Property transactions come with enough uncertainty already. A fixed fee means you can budget properly from day one, and it means our priority is getting your matter done properly, not billing by the hour.
What's typically included
- Contract review (buying) or contract preparation (selling)
- Liaising with the other party's solicitor or conveyancer
- Preparing and lodging the required documents
- Attending to settlement
- Ongoing advice and updates throughout your matter
Every matter is different, so rather than list a generic price here, get in touch and we'll give you a clear, fixed quote tailored to your purchase or sale before you commit to anything.
What's separate
Costs like title searches, council and water certificates, and government registration fees (disbursements) are generally charged at cost, separately from our professional fee, and we'll always set these out clearly upfront.
