About Marina

I'm Marina Michael, Principal Solicitor at Alethia Legal. I started this practice because I wanted clients to actually feel supported through their legal matter, not just processed through it.

My Background

I was admitted as a solicitor in 2010 and have spent the 16 years since working across property, leasing, and wills and estates law. Over that time, I've seen how confusing and impersonal legal processes can feel for people, particularly around something as significant as buying a home, running a lease, or planning for a loved one's future.

Alethia Legal was built around doing things differently: fixed fees agreed upfront, plain-English explanations, and advice from someone who's actually available when you need them.

How I Work With Clients

I want clients to feel like they can build a genuine, trusted relationship with their solicitor, not just receive a transaction. That means taking the time to explain what's actually happening in your matter, answering the phone when you call, and making sure you feel heard and understood throughout the process, not just at the start.

I'm also able to speak with clients in Greek and Arabic, if that makes it easier to discuss something as important as your property or estate matter in the language you're most comfortable with.

Whether your matter is straightforward or complicated, you should never feel like you're being spoken over or rushed through. That's the standard I hold myself to with every client.
